Accessing the GL Accounts Master File

1. Select FILE | GL ACCOUNTS.

Micronet displays the Account Selection screen.

2. Select an existing GL account.

If you have more than one screen of accounts, you can use a partial key search. For more information, refer to "Using Partial Key Searches".

3. Optionally, select to sort the list of accounts using the options under the SORT menu.

You can sort accounts by ID, description or GL alternate ID.

4. Alternatively, escape the Account Selection screen and enter the ID of an existing account.

Micronet displays the Account File Update screen in Update Mode, with the details of the account you selected.
